NOMADE PEOPLE LLC and Ruasas Internacional S.A.P.I de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Nomade Temple”) takes the issue of safeguarding your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect from or receive about hotel guests (the “Guests”) as well as visitors to Nomade’s website, that post, refer or are otherwise subject to this Privacy Policy, and the way in which Nomade uses this information to better serve your needs.
References to "we", "us", "us" and "our" refer to Nomade, its affiliates, and the hotels under their operation (collectively, the "Nomade Group"). A list of members of the Nomade Group referred to in this Privacy Policy can be found at this link. (Henceforth, the “Data Controller”).
By using the website and voluntarily submitting personal information in any of the sections provided for this purpose on the website, the user is presumed to understand the content of this Privacy Policy and expressly consents to the use of their Personal Data (as defined below) for the purposes described herein. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE WEBSITE OR PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA WITHIN IT.
Personal information is any information that may identify or relate to you as an identifiable individual (the "Personal Data"). The Personal Data that we may collect or receive from you could include the following categories of information:

If you provide data on third parties, you declare that you have their consent and commit to providing them with the information in the Privacy Policy, thereby exempting Nomade of any liability in this regard. However, Nomade may make periodic checks to confirm this, using appropriate due diligence, in accordance with data protection regulations.

a. Reservations (via the website or contact center, including the Reservation Office, email, or chat) for individual, group, and room bookings:

Handling booking requests submitted by users.

b. User Registration with Nomade:

c. Newsletter Subscription:

d. Corporate Contact Forms and Website Inquiries:

Handling user inquiries and requests for information submitted via Nomade’s website.

For each of the categories of Personal Data and purposes described above, we gather information when you provide it to us, or interact with us directly, for example:

when you create a profile or sign in to access an existing profile or account on our website;

when you make a reservation online, or by calling our Reservation Office; and

during your stay at a hotel, including information provided during check-in.
We also collect your Personal Data while monitoring our technology tools and services, including comment cards and email communications sent to and from Nomade Group.

Personal Data, in line with the purposes previously indicated, may be disclosed:

To Nomade providers, who will perform their functions as data processors. The User (or other interested party) may request information about the processors that Nomade Group has at any given time for the development of its activity. The sole purpose of this communication will be to be able to provide the services to you correctly.

To Judges, Courts, or Public Authorities to whom Nomade is obliged to communicate personal data of any User.
Although Nomade takes appropriate measures to protect and maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Data and process it in accordance with applicable regulations, we inform you that it may be transferred to other jurisdictions where the level of protection granted to Personal Data may not be adequate or fully consistent with local standards. In any case, Personal Data will only be transferred after complying with all applicable legal requirements, through the adoption of adequate legal guarantees, which may consist of formalizing with the data recipient (i) Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to legitimize the international transfer of data to third countries or (ii) another valid legal instrument that allows ensuring an adequate level of protection equivalent to that of the European Economic Area.

Your Personal Data will be stored for the period of time required or permitted by law in the jurisdiction of any hotel holding the information. This may involve retaining information following your stay. We will delete your Personal Data once it is no longer reasonably necessary for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We will also keep your Personal Data where we need to do so in connection with a legal action or an investigation involving Nomade.
Any financial information Nomade retains will be protected under the terms of this Privacy Policy and, where financing is arranged in the United States, under the Financial Services Modernization Act.We use a variety of physical, technical, and administrative security measures and technologies to help preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Data, in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
We make every effort to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Data we hold in our records. However, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized access or use, hardware or software failures, and other factors may compromise the security of user information. Additionally, while we strive to implement adequate contractual protections, we cannot guarantee the security of any Personal Data stored in databases hosted by third parties.
It is important to note that email communication is not secure. This is an inherent risk when using email. Please keep this in mind when requesting information or sending forms to us via email. We recommend that you do not include any confidential information (e.g., credit card details) when using email. For your protection, our email responses will not include any sensitive personal information.
Finally, as a precaution, please always close your browser when you are finished using a form or the reservation site. Although the session will automatically terminate after a short period of inactivity, it is best to close your browser immediately upon completion, especially when using a public computer.
Data subjects have the right to access their data, request its rectification, erasure, portability, or to limit or object to its processing in certain cases. To exercise these rights, they may send a communication to the addresses of the Data Controllers indicated in the heading, with the reference "Data Protection," including their name, surname, an address for notifications, and the specific right they wish to exercise. Parties may also contact the Data Protection Officer by emailing legal@nomadepeople.com.
Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority, especially if they have not obtained satisfaction in exercising their rights.
You may withdraw consent for any processing where the legal basis has been your explicit consent, specifically.
If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from Nomade, you can indicate your preference on your registration card during your stay with us or by sending an email to legal@nomadepeople.com. You will always have the option to accept or decline any form of communication from Nomade.
You may unsubscribe from electronic marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in those messages. Please note that you may not be able to opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional messages, technical or security notices).
