Yes. Please contact Info@behoteles.com. If you plan to book rooms individually, please mention that you will be traveling in a group.
We love your four-legged friends, but due to the fragile ecosystem we reside, we kindly ask guests to leave their pets at home.
Yes, we offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes on our menus, and most of our food can be adapted for intolerances or allergies. Please let your server know of any special requirements or food allergies so that we can prepare your favorite dishes and drinks risk-free.
Due to the organic architecture of the hotel, wood, sand and concrete built among the jungle, we do not recommend our hotel for people with wheelchairs or mobility impairments. Please feel free to contact us for further details or recommendations.
We offer complimentary parking for our guests with round-the-clock surveillance and valet service from 9am to 9pm, including Tesla charging. Please indicate on your booking if you will rent a car for your holiday. Non-hotel guests can utilize parking with a minimum consumption of $200 per person at the restaurant or beach club.
Cancun International Airport is located 130 KM from the hotel, approximately 2 hours by road. We can arrange a private transportation service for your convenience, offering you a one way or round trip, which must be requested, confirmed and paid in full within 48 hours prior to your arrival.
The cancelation policy will depend on the type of rate you choose; we have refundable and non-refundable ones. Please contact one of our agents to learn more and find the rate that best suits you.

All wellness events are free for Nômade and Be Tulum Hotel guests, who have priority as we operate with limited capacity. Guests can also attend to our Yäan Healing Sanctuary Yoga Classes. There is a fee of $20 USD for outside visitors and $10 USD for locals, who are welcome to participate. For reservations please register at: journeydesign@nomadetulum.com *Please note there is an entrance fee of $50 USD for outside visitors for our Temazcal Ceremonies, and events can be cancelled without prior notice due to bad weather.
We would love to host you at the Beach Club! We do have a $100 USD food and drink minimum per person for outside visitors. The pools and beach
beds are for guests only, but we have comfortable sofas and bean bags for you to enjoy (subject to availability).
