MONOPOL HUB is the daytime social, cowork and culinary space of MONOPOL. It is a place for breakfast, work, informal meetings and shared tables. A space where guests, locals, creators and professionals can spend time, meet, and work. 

 

Within this space, the *Food Lab* brings a more experimental layer to the gastronomic experience of the hotel: culinary activations, special formats and collaborations with chefs, producers and creative voices that feed what happens in the Lab, creating a continuous dialogue between food, work, community and culture.
