The purpose of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS is to regulate access to and use of the WEBSITE, meaning any type of content, product or service made available to the general public through the domain corresponding to the NOMADE TEMPLE MADRID hotel.
"NOMADE TEMPLE MADRID" reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the presentation, content, functionality, products, services and configuration available on the WEBSITE. Accordingly, the USER acknowledges and accepts that "NOMADE TEMPLE MADRID" may at any time discontinue, disable or cancel any of the elements comprising the WEBSITE or access thereto.

Any dispute arising in connection with the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals under Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable in matters of consumers and users pursuant to European Union regulations and Spanish legislation.
