Named after the newborn son of one of the founders, Dante, the bar carries a sense of warmth and human connection rather than a purely conceptual identity. “HiFi” refers to high-fidelity sound—an audiophile approach to music built around vinyl records, analog warmth, and a sound system designed for listening rather than noise.

The bar comes alive at sunset, when the island slows and the night begins to gather. Inspired by Japanese listening bars, Dante’s HiFi blends music, cocktails, and conversation in a space that moves with the rhythm of the evening. Drinks are direct and confident—vermouths, agave spirits, spritzes, and highballs—crafted for ease and flow rather than spectacle.
